Great River Reads, founded in partnership with six area libraries on the idea of promoting the value of reading by getting people across the Great River Region to read a common book and share their thoughts about what they are reading, is shifting gears. Now, it is a site by readers, written for readers. Here you will find book reviews, information on events at local public libraries and have the opportunity to share thoughts on what you are reading, and to comment on what our bloggers have to say about what they're reading. If there is anything you would like to see added to the site, just let us know by writing to features@thehawkeye.com. In the meantime, happy reading.
